30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

How to start a return

Email support@ishotluxe.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
